I finally had time to work on some of my cousin’s maternity photos. Here is one that I did for her. So beautiful and graceful.
So here are pics we took just recently around Xmas 2013. The top is my mother’s family now. And below is my family now.
Here are pics of me and my family back in 2007 when Holland was just 4 months old and Jt was just about to turn 14. Pics are by Alison Eden.
Ok, so here are picture of me when I was a baby and as a toddler with my mom, brother and sister. I was cute despite those god awful haircuts. I love how my brother’s tie is crooked in the bottom photo. And look at how proud my sister is in that green polyester dress! Hahahhaaaa. Gotta love the outfits.
I love to see progression in pictures. Here is a photo of my grandmother and grandfather with their family that consisted of all girls of my aunts Jacinta, Eusebia, Tomasa, and baby Dominga. Then in the next picture you get to see the family at my aunt Cruz’s wedding (she is the youngest, then they are lined up and progress in who was born first. With my Grandmother at the very beginning of the line. Then the last picture which was taken back in 2001 at our last family Christmas together.
The little girl on the top right is my mom, Mary V. Trevino. She is the older baby on the left in the bottom left picture. The baby is my aunt Gloria and she is the little girl on the right in the bottom right picture with my Uncle Cecil. She was really cute! Funny thing is that with the exception of the pictures being black and white, I look just like her in my baby photos.
The man on the top left is my grandfather Vicente Valdez. I love that bottle of whisky in his cousin’s hands. I also love how his outfit didn’t change much even when he was older.
These are pics of my great grandfather Maximo as a young man with his wife Marcellina and then at an older age at his farm. Talk about tough, he died at 94 years old and was on his his riding around his farm. I remember going there as a very young child for Easter. He would bathe the baby chicks with food coloring so they were a rainbow of colors for all of us kids to enjoy.
found some really old pictures of folks that are in my family tree. And while the quality of this scan is horrible, the details in the picture are phenomenal! This is my great great grandfather Reyes. He and his wife paid 10 cents to come over to Texas from Mexico back in the early 1900’s.
Take it all off, take off part, or just imply it. It is all beautiful in the end.
